1995 – 1998 : Judicial Assistant of UN Center for Human Rights Kandal Provincial Court.
1- Organizing and training the police officers, chief and deputy chief commune on criminal law and procedure for 12 districts of Kandal, including commissariat office Observing district when police arrested accused person.
2- Observation of the first appearance court for the defense of the accused person’s rights.
3- Taking care of the prisoners in Kandal prison and making sure the persons are allowed to exercise, clean around the prison buildings, cook their food and grow plants in the prison garden, and monitoring the health of the prisoners, visiting them in their cells and asking them about diseases, then telling the police guard to send them to the hospital for emergency cases. Also have been instrumental in requesting that medical care is provided to the prisoners. Most of the prisoners have been insufficiently fed and, I contacted the World Food Program to provide food. In October 1997 Kandal Prison received food from the WFP for one month. I have also asked for the provision of writing materials and education materials for the prisoners to study and write send letters to their families.

1995-1998 President of the Khmer doctor association for repatriation:
To supervised control all the staff of Khmer doctor association for repatriation, during working in the office or send them to take care or cure the patient at the T3 prison Kandal prison or take care and cure the poor people at the country side.
1994 – 1995: General Manager of Cambodian Defender Project in Phnom Penh. Supervised and control the staff, assigned the guards to set up a daily schedule for office security, evaluated the performance of the work done by the cleaners in the whole building, coordinated communication, took care of all office equipment and repairs of small equipment such as the motor pump, are conditioners, copy machine, generator, car and the electricity.
1993 – 1994: Human Rights Provincial Officer and Defender for CHRTO, I trained at least five to six hundred people for a week in human rights, and the trainees included monks, teachers, students, government authority working in Municipal, Supreme, Kandal, Kampong Cham courts.
1992 – 1993: Training Assistant for Human Rights and Defenders in Rattanakiri Province, as such, supervised the four trainers and the training the police officers on Human Rights, criminal law, and criminal procedure of UNTAC and constitutional law in the province, districts, communes, villages and to the Military, Monks, local people and students and also defended criminal and civil cases for the clients.
1989 – 1992: Assistant to the Public Health in Kao I Dang Refugee Camp, staff supervised writing about epidemiology diseases such as STD, HIV, AIDS, measles, dengue, and dengue hemorrhage fever, malaria, diarrhea and how to use the birth control medicine. Taught the people, medical staff and staff of NGOs (at least 500 persons per week) about the above disease and topics. Took blood from and examined and conducted other tests on the prostitutes in the area and then sent the list of those who were diseased to the hospital for medical treatment. I also did AIDS, dengue, hemorrhage campaigns, etc.
1984 – 1989: Medical Assistant in Site B Refugee camp-worked in the hospital, with rotating duties in the OB, Pediatrics, Adult, TB, surgical ward and OPD for treating the patients with general diseases.
1982 – 1984: Nursing in Or Smach Hospital Refugee Camp – took care of patients by giving them medicine and explaining to the patients how to use the medicines, monitored urine catheters input/output, injected medicine ordered by the doctor, took smears, blood or stool samples to the laboratory technician for examination, took vital signs, requested medicine for patients, Provided interrupt feeding, etc.
Responsible the patients in ward and registering the name of medicines and patients.
1979 – 1982: Department director of transmission in Phnom Penh, supervised and control the military who worked as transmission experts in Cambodia.
